Through outreach events and activities, we aim to engage with students and young professionals, providing them with the tools and knowledge to excel in their aerospace, aviation and space careers, supported by our recently launched Next Generation Board. We are expecting to reach even more students with our Project Altitude and Careers events, including our 1-2-1 CV support programme, and our tailored AI CV checking tool through Career Flightpath.

We are now approved to deliver the Systems Engineer – ST0107 (Level 7); development of delivery processes will be undertaken in the coming year. We will also be reviewing our EPA offering and exploring new opportunities within this area of the Society’s activity.
